Refund Policy

Digital Products:

All digital downloads (templates, invitations, game booklets, printables, etc.) are non-refundable once the file or Canva link has been delivered. Because digital items cannot be returned, all sales are final.


Custom Designs:

Custom designs are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before any work begins, your deposit can't be refunded.


Physical Items:

Refunds are only offered if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can fix or replace it.


Lost Packages:

If USPS/UPS loses your package, we will help file a claim, but we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

 


Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Physical party favors require up to 2 weeks to design, print, assemble, and ship (depending on order size).

Digital orders are sent same day or next business day (Mon–Fri).


Shipping Time:

Shipping time varies by location and carrier (typically 3–7 business days).

Once your package is dropped off at the carrier, we are not responsible for delays.


Address Errors:

Please double-check your address. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

 


Custom Order Policy

Deposits:

A 50% deposit is required to begin any custom order. Work will not start until the deposit is received.


Approval Required:

You will receive a preview of your design. Please review everything carefully (spelling, dates, photos, colors, etc.) before approving.


Processing After Approval:

Once you approve the design, production begins. Changes after this point require a revision fee.


Unique Themes:

Any changes to premade designs (including color changes) are considered custom due to the extra time involved.

 


Revision Fee & Final Approval Policy

Before Final Approval:

You may request minor changes for free before the final approval is given.


After Final Approval:

Once you confirm your design is correct, any changes no matter how small will require a revision fee, because completed orders are not saved and must be recreated.


What Requires a Revision Fee?

  • Change name, date, or details noticed after approval
  • Changing the theme or colors
  • Switching photos after the design is finished
  • Adding or removing slides after final approval (for video invitations)

 

Why is There a Fee?

To respect the time and work already completed. Revising an approved design means rebuilding the file from scratch.
